Eagle sitings

For the second time in one month, I was exiting I-88 on the way to my mother-in-law's when an eagle flew over head. I'm almost certain it was a bald eagle. According to the New York Natural Heritage Program, there are three known breeding locations for eagles in Otsego county (http://www.acris.nynhp.org/guide.php?id=6811).

Although listed as threatened, their breeding and wintering populations are said to be increasing in New York State. Their breeding season is from March through June.
