Another week has gone by. Can't remember the last time I blogged something that I felt was truly interesting, but this post should at least be useful:

Looking Ahead:

NEW YORK SUMMER MUSIC FESTIVAL SCHEDULED: The first of three two-week sessions begins on Sunday, June 28. Participants will be presenting concerts on a daily basis. Each session culminates in nearly non-stop day & evening presentations on Fridays and Saturdays, including July 10 & 11; July 24 & 25; and August 7 & 8. Free and open to the public. Lastly, be sure to get your tickets for Books Alive!, an interactive concert Sat July 18th:

"Is your child Stagestruck .. always, singing, dancing and acting? Here's their chance to be part of the action!"

"Lee Knight has written original songs to their favorite stories. Children of all ages are invited to perform each song as if it were a musical number in a show with costumes, props and puppets. Kids will also have the opportunity to make a costume to wear in the show as well as a book. "
